2: Master chef Course INR 2500 per person
(1 any red sauce, 1 any yellow sauce, 1 green sauce, masala tea and veg rice recipe.)
3: Thali Course INR 3000 per person
(1 any red sauce, 1 any yellow sauce, 1 green sauce, masala tea , ! Bread and veg rice recipe.)
4: Mega Master chef Course INR 3500 per person
(1 red sauce, 1 yellow sauce, 1 green sauce, masala tea, chutney, Raita, 1 bread and rice)
Group Classes: menu would be same for everyone.
Private classes: Private classes are also available. You can choose from the options below and pick your desired menu. There are also charges listed. The minimum charge for a private class is 3000 rupees per person.

Most North Indian curries are cooked in vegetable oil and ghee (clarified butter). They use tomato puree to add a sour taste. An important part of North Indian curry is the gravy, made from Cashew nuts, ginger, tomato and spices. While most are spicy and oily, you can ask for them to be less spicy.
